Interpretation2.
In this Part—
“the Act” means the National Health Service Act 2006;
“the Authority” means the NHS Commissioning Board Authority established under article 2 of the NHS Commissioning Board Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 20115;
“the Board” means the National Health Service Commissioning Board6; and
“the transfer date” means the date on which this Part comes into force by virtue of article 1(2).
