Amendment to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005

4.  The Schedule to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005(1) is amended as follows—

(a) omit “Bath and Wansdyke”;

(b) omit “North Somerset”;

(c) omit “South Somerset and Mendip”;

(d) omit “Taunton Deane, West Somerset and Sedgemoor”;

(e) after “Solihull” insert “Somerset”;

(f) omit “Bedford and Mid Bedfordshire”;

(g) omit “Luton and South Bedfordshire”;

(h) after “Barnsley District” insert “Bedfordshire”.
