7. Where any of the information specified in part A of [F1Schedule 1A] is not available, it shall be a licensing condition for the transplantation activity of implantation for the licence holder to conduct a risk-benefit analysis to determine whether the expected benefits for the recipient of the organ outweigh the risks posed by the lack of any information.U.K.
