2.—(1) Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), these Regulations extend to England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
(2) Regulation 25(2), (3), (4) and (7) extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland only.
(3) Regulation 29 extends to Scotland only.
