11.  In regulation 1(2) of the Medicines for Human Use (Marketing Authorisations Etc.) Regulations 1994(1) (interpretation)—

(a) in paragraph (c) of the definition of “relevant register”, for “Health Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001”,

(b) in paragraph (d) of the definition of “supplementary prescriber”, for “Health Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001”.
