Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 18 June 2012.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations extend to England and Wales only.
(3) Regulation 11 extends to all of the United Kingdom in so far as it imposes any obligation or confers any power on HMRC, an employer or a borrower in relation to repayments under Part 3 or 4 of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009(1).
