SCHEDULE Amendments consequential on the abolition of courts boards

Freedom of Information Act 2000(1)

1.  The Freedom of Information Act 2000 is amended as follows.

2000 c.36. The entry for courts boards was inserted into Part 6 of Schedule 1 by the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2005 (SI 2005/3593).
