The Health Research Authority (Amendment) Regulations 2012

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 272(7) and (8) of, and paragraphs 5 and 13 of Schedule 6 to, the National Health Service Act 20061.
