17. In article 2(1) of the Building Societies Act 1986 (Modification of the Lending Limit and Funding Limit Calculations) Order 2004(1), in the definition of “credit institution”—
(a)omit “the first sub-paragraph of”; and
(b)for “as amended” substitute “as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC”.
