The Building Societies Act 1986 (Modification of the Lending Limit and Funding Limit Calculations) Order 2004

17.  In article 2(1) of the Building Societies Act 1986 (Modification of the Lending Limit and Funding Limit Calculations) Order 2004(1), in the definition of “credit institution”—

(a) omit “the first sub-paragraph of”; and

(b) for “as amended” substitute “as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC”.
