Extending deadlines and providing additional information or copies25

The Secretary of State or the appointed person may, in exceptional circumstances, extend any deadline.

The appointed person may—
a
require any further exchanges of information if this is necessary for the determination of the appeal; or
b
require any party to provide further information relevant to the appeal or additional copies of any document, within a specified time limit.
3
A person required to make a further exchange of information or to provide further information or additional copies must comply within any time specified.
