PART 3 Transport

Abolition and transfer of functions

6.—(1) The Greater Manchester integrated transport area is dissolved and the ITA is abolished.

(2) On the abolition of the ITA—

(a) its functions; and

(b) its property, rights and liabilities

are transferred to the GMCA.
