11. The Social Security (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2003(1) are amended as follows—
(a)in regulation 7 (income support - transitional arrangements)(2) omit paragraphs (6) and (7); and
(b)in regulation 8 (jobseeker’s allowance - transitional arrangements)(3) omit paragraphs (5) and (6).
