Amendments to the Social Security (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2003

11.  The Social Security (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2003(1) are amended as follows—

(a) in regulation 7 (income support - transitional arrangements)(2) omit paragraphs (6) and (7); and

(b) in regulation 8 (jobseeker’s allowance - transitional arrangements)(3) omit paragraphs (5) and (6).
