Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22C(11) of, and paragraph 12F(1)(b) of Schedule 2 to, the Children Act 19891 and sections 9(1)(a), 12, 140(7) and (8) and 142(5) of the Adoption and Children Act 20022.
