URBAN DEVELOPMENT

The London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (the development corporation) was established by the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2004 (S.I. 2004/1642) for the purpose of regenerating the London Thames Gateway urban development area.The London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 2005 (S.1.) 2005/272 as amended by S.1.2006/2186 describes, with the use of maps, the portions of the urban development area in which the development corporation exercises planning functions (“the planning functions area”).
