The National Health Service (Dental Charges) Amendment Regulations 2011

Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 176 and 272(7) of the National Health Service Act 20061.
Citation, commencement and application1

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Amendment Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st April 2011.

These Regulations apply in relation to England.
Amendment of the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 20052

The National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 20052 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4 (calculation of charges)—
a
in paragraph (1), for “£16.50” substitute “£17.00”;
b
in paragraph (2), for “£45.60” substitute “£47.00”;
c
in paragraph (3), for “£198.00” substitute “£204.00”;
d
in paragraph (4), for “£198.00” substitute “£204.00”; and
e
in paragraph (5), for “£16.50” substitute “£17.00”.
