Activities carried on in the Scottish inshore region38.
Article 4 applies—
(a)
to an activity carried on in the Scottish inshore region, or
(b)
to the loading of a vehicle, vessel, aircraft, marine structure or floating container with any substance or object for incineration in the Scottish inshore region.
