PART 3Activities to which article 4 applies and conditions
Diver trails within restricted areas31.
Article 4 applies to a deposit or removal activity carried on for the purpose of placing, securing or removing signage or other identifying markers relating to—
F1(a)
a wreck within an area designated as a restricted area within the meaning of section 1 of the Protection of Wrecks Act 197324.
F2(b)
a monument designated as a scheduled monument under section 1 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 F3or a monument entered in the schedule maintained under section 3 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023; or
(c)
an area designated as a controlled site under section 1(2)(b) of the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986.
