Discharge etc of offshore chemicals and oil14.
Article 4 applies to any activity in relation to which a permit is required under—
(a)
the Offshore Chemicals Regulations 200215; or
(b)
the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 200516.
