Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Education has consulted the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation in accordance with section 87(6A)(a) of the Education Act 20021, and has also consulted with such other persons as he considers appropriate in accordance with section 87(6A)(b) of that Act.
The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 87(3)(c), (7), (10), (11) and (12A) and 210(7) of the Education Act 20022:
