SCHEDULE 2 Further modifications having effect until the coming into force of section 1of the 2011 Act

54.  Paragraph 186 of Schedule 16 has effect as if it read—

“186.   In section 111 (interpretation)—

(a) in subsection (2), after paragraph (e) insert—

“(ea) the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis,”;

(b) in subsection (3), at the end insert “and the 2011 Act is the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011”.”.
