PARLIAMENTARY COMMISSIONER
This Order amends the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (“the Act”). Article 2 of this Order substitutes the Schedule to this Order for Schedule 2 to the Act (Departments etc. subject to investigation). The addition of the Office for Budget Responsibility is to correct an omission inadvertently made by the Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2011 (S.I. 2011/751).
