Amendment of certain instruments2.

(1)

Schedule 2 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Overseas Territories) (No. 2) Order 20016 and schedules 1 and 3 to the Aviation Security and Piracy (Overseas Territories) Order 20007 are amended by substituting for the words “St Helena and Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.

Schedule 2 to the Tokyo Convention Act 1967 (Overseas Territories) Order 19688 is amended by –

(a)

deleting, after the words “Falkland Islands”, the words “(Colony and Dependencies)”;

(b)

inserting in the list of territories, in the appropriate alphabetical position, “South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands”; and

(c)

substituting for the words “St Helena and its Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.

(3)

Schedule 1 to the Carriage by Air (Parties to Convention) Order 19999 is amended—

(a)

by substituting for the words “St Helena” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “St Helena Dependencies”.
