Coming into force

The General Chiropractic Council has made the General Chiropractic Council (Registration) (Amendment and Repayment) Rules 2011, which are set out in the Schedule to this Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2), 6(2) and (4), and 35(2) of the Chiropractors Act 19941.

By virtue of sections 35(1) and 36(1) of that Act, such Rules shall not come into force until approved by Order of the Privy Council.
