These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Superannuation Act 1972(1).
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations:
1972 c. 11; section 24 was amended by the Police Pensions Act 1976 (c. 35) and the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (c. 21).
