The Secretary of State declares that the urgency of this matter makes it necessary for the Regulations to be made without prior approval by a resolution of each House.

These Regulations may be cited as the Accession (Immigration and Worker Authorisation) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 30th December 2011.
