37.  In regulation 1(3) of the Patients’ Forums (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 2003(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “health service body”—

(a) after “Scottish Health Service” insert “, Healthcare Improvement Scotland”;

(b) after “sections 4, 10” insert “, 10A”.
