7. In section 61 of the Finance Act 2003(1) (compliance with planning obligations), in the list of public authorities in subsection (3), after “A Health Board established under section 2(1)(a) of that Act(2)” insert “Healthcare Improvement Scotland established under section 10A of that Act”.
