Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999

26.  In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999(1) (prescribed persons) for the entry relating to the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care substitute—

“Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland	Matters relating to the provision of care services, as defined in the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.
Healthcare Improvement Scotland	Matters relating to the provision of independent health care services, as defined in the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978.(2)”
