Interpretation S

2.  In this Order—

“the 1988 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1988(1);

“the 2007 Act” means the Prostitution (Public Places) (Scotland) Act 2007(2);

“Community licence” has the meaning given by section 108(1) of the 1988 Act(3);

“disqualification order” means an order under article 3(1);

“motor vehicle” has the meaning given by section 185(1) of the 1988 Act;

“Northern Ireland licence” has the meaning given by section 108(1) of the 1988 Act(4).
