In accordance with section 33B(3) of the Further and Higher Education Act 19921 (“the Act”), the governing body of the Cirencester Tertiary College (“the College”) has applied for this Order to be made.
It is the opinion of the Secretary of State for Education that the College is within section 33B(4) of the Act2.
The power conferred by section 33B(1) of the Act to make this Order is exercisable by virtue of the date, 8th March 2010, specified in an Order under section 33A(5)(b) having passed3.
Accordingly, the Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 33B(1) and (7) of the Act:
