Commencement of provisions2

The following provisions of the Commons Act 2006 come into force on 31st October 2011—

a

in Schedule 5 (minor and consequential amendments) —

i

the entries in paragraphs 1, 2 and 5; and

ii

in relation to the pilot areas, the entries in paragraphs 3, 6(b), 7(2) to (4) (and 7(1) in so far as it relates to paragraph 7(2) to (4)), and 8; and

b

section 52 in so far as it relates to those entries.
