Coming into force
The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 1(5) of Schedule 4A to the National Lottery etc. Act 19931.
In accordance with paragraph 1(6) of Schedule 4A to that Act, the Minister for the Cabinet Office has consulted the National Assembly for Wales, the Scottish Ministers, and the Northern Ireland Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure.
