Coming into force
The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 10(2), 12(2), 21(3), 23(2), 39(2) and 40(2) of Schedule 13 to the Legal Services Act 20071.
In accordance with each of those paragraphs, the Order is made following a recommendation made by the Legal Services Board.
