Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Authorisations Extending to Scotland) Order 2007

73.  In the Schedule to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Authorisations Extending to Scotland) Order 2007(1), in the entry in column 1 relating to a universal service provider—

(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011”;

(b) for “that Act” substitute “that Part”.
