Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2011

3.  The following provisions of the Act come into force on 6th April 2011:

• Section 1;

• Sections 3 to 6;

• Sections 11 for England only;

• Section 17;

• Sections 32 to 36 for England only;

• Section 37;

• Section 39 for England only;

• Section 105.
