The Secretary of State, after consulting the bodies specified in section 152(2) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 20091, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 152(1) of that Act.

Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Inshore Fisheries and Conservation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2011.

This Order comes into force on 7th March 2011.

Amendment to the Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 20102
