8. In regulation 46 of the Federation of Maintained Schools and Miscellaneous Amendments (Wales) Regulations 2010(1)—
(a)in paragraph (1) omit the words “which is an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 1993”; and
(b)omit paragraphs (2) and (3).
