This Order amends the Consular Fees Order 2011 (“the 2011 Order”). Whereas previously delivery costs were included within “direct costs” as defined in article 2 of the 2011 Order, this Order amends the 2011 Order so as to make specific provision in respect of delivery costs. The effect of these changes will be to increase the delivery fees in respect of some applications and reduce them in respect of others. The average increase per applicant is £9.82.
