In rule 8 (requests and complaints)11—

(a)

for paragraph (1) substitute—

“(1)

An inmate may make a request or complaint to the governor or independent monitoring board relating to the inmate’s detention.”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

omit “On every day”,

(ii)

for “hear any oral” substitute “consider as soon as possible any”.
