PART 2REQUIREMENTS TO BE COMPLIED WITH BY A SCHOOL WHILE APPROVED UNDER SECTION 342 OF THE 1996 ACT

12.
(1)
The arrangements to be made at the school with respect to the matters referred to in paragraph 2(1) are in accordance with the approval given by the Secretary of State, and meet the requirements in paragraph 2(2).
(2)
Where, at any time, a change is proposed in relation to the arrangements at a school with respect to the composition and proceedings of the governing body, the proprietor must give written notice of the proposed change to the Secretary of State.
(3)
No proposed change in arrangements may take effect unless—
(a)
it is approved by the Secretary of State, and
(b)
the arrangements comply with paragraph 2(2).
