Citation and interpretation 1 1 This Order may be cited as the Crime and Security Act 2010 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2011. 2 In this Order “the Act” means the Crime and Security Act 2010. Commencement 2 The day appointed for the coming into force of section 46 of the Act (offence of allowing minors access to air weapons) is 10th February 2011.
