Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 29(3) and 569(4) of the Education Act 19961:
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Information as to Provision of Education (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 6th July 2011.

The Information as to Provision of Education (England) Regulations 20082 are amended as follows.
