Her Majesty, in pursuance of the powers conferred on Her by section 36 of the Immigration Act 1971(1), section 13(5) of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996(2), section 170(7) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999(3), section 163(4) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002(4), section 49(3) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004(5) and section 63(3) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006(6), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

2006 c. 13; by virtue of section 63(3A), inserted by section 54(7) of the Police and Justice Act 2006 (c.48), the power in section 63(3) to extend 2006 c.13 to territories covered by it includes both extension with the amendments and repeals made by 2006 c.48 and extension without those amendments and repeals..
