EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000 (“the 2000 Order”) by adding to Part 2 of the Schedule to the 2000 Order European Union Council Implementing Decision 2011/302/CFSP of 23rd May 2011, made in response to the situation in Syria, which adds 10 further names to the list of individuals banned from travel by Council Decision 2011/273/CFSP of 9th May 2011.
