Revocation of instruments ceasing to have effect32
The following instruments (which ceased to have effect on 1st October 2009) are revoked—
a
the Companies (Single Member Private Limited Companies) Regulations 199240; and
b
the Companies (Single Member Private Limited Companies) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 199241.
