The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 200815 are amended as follows.

In regulation 5 for “Community directives” substitute “EU directives”.

In regulation 14 for “a Community directive” substitute “an EU directive”.

In Part 1 of Schedule 2 for “Community directives”, in each place, substitute “EU directives”.
