Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 250(2)(a) of, and Schedule 13 to, the Housing Act 20041, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20072 the Secretary of State has consulted with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.
