Schedule 14 (disapplication etc of miscellaneous controls) is modified as follows.

In paragraph 4(1) the reference to the Secretary of State has effect as a reference to Transport for London in relation to anything acquired by Transport for London.

In paragraph 7(3) the reference to the Secretary of State has effect as a reference to Transport for London in relation to land acquired by Transport for London.

In paragraph 8(1) the reference to the Secretary of State has effect as a reference to Transport for London in relation to a building acquired by Transport for London.

In paragraph 17(2) the reference to the Secretary of State has effect as a reference to Transport for London in relation to anything acquired by Transport for London.
